In order that we maintain our high quality of service for all customers, we have an Automated Phone Service (APS) which allows you to conduct various business via the automated system. Simply put, the APS allows us to respond to a greater number of calls, which provides quicker, more efficient service for all. The end result is that we are able to better respond to your call and you can minimize time spent on hold.
You may conduct any of the following via the Automated Phone System:
- Report a power outage
- Pay by credit card
- Check account balances
- Verify bank draft transactions of your account
- Loan pay off information (i.e. heat pump loans)
