Budget Billing

Budget Billing is a favorite program among customers. In addition to our traditional fixed budget plan with a settle-up month, we also offer a plan known as the "rolling budget" with no settle-up. The sign up for Budget Billing is April 1st thru May 31st.

Budget Billing Application Process

  1. There are TWO options for customers who wish to pay their monthly energy bills via a budget plan. These budget options are: Rolling Budget and Fixed Budget.
  2. A zero balance on your account is required before the application will be processed.
  3. It is preferred you have lived at the current residence for twelve months. Some exceptions may apply.
  4. Contact a Customer Service Advocate at 423-952-5272, option 3 to determine your budget amount and answer any questions you may have.
  5. Monthly payments must be paid on or before the due date each month.
