Budget Billing
Budget Billing is a favorite program among customers. In addition to our traditional fixed budget plan with a settle-up month, we also offer a plan known as the "rolling budget" with no settle-up. Customer Support hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Budget Billing Application Process
- There are TWO options for customers who wish to pay their monthly energy bills via a budget plan. These budget options are: Rolling Budget and Fixed Budget.
- A zero balance on your account is required before the application will be processed.
- It is preferred you have lived at the current residence for twelve months. Some exceptions may apply.
- Contact a Customer Support Advocate at 423-952-5014 to determine your budget amount and answer any questions you may have.
- Monthly payments must be paid on or before the due date each month.
