Key Account Program

Although all customers are of utmost importance, large commercial and industrial users have many special needs concerning their power usage. For this reason, JCPB offers a Key Accounts Program for these large power users. The purpose of the Key Accounts Program is to provide a primary contact/liaison for large commercial and industrial customers. Key accounts are those customers who use a minimum of 200 kW or greater.
