Alternate Payment Locations

As a convenience for our customers, JCPB offers a variety of payment locations. Be sure to note specific locations and any special requirements. Please present a copy of your bill upon payment at any of the payment locations listed below. Bill payments are due on or before the "due date" listed on your invoice. Payments for past due accounts should be paid at the JCPB office at 2600 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City. The other entities accepting electric bill payments DO NOT accept payments for past due accounts.
