E-Check

Customers may pay their monthly energy bills by e-check. Unlike credit card payments which are limited to payments less than $1000, no limits apply to balances paid by e-check. This convenience is offered to JCPB residential and commercial customers at no additional cost.

Payment by e-check may be made via the following:

  • 2. By phone via a Customer Support Advocate: 423-282-JCPB (5272).
