This service is available ONLY to those nonprofit organizations which JCPB has a direct working relationship with in promoting the welfare and economic development of the communities it serves. Posting to this calendar is free. The posting of events on this site does not necessarily constitute support of any group or event by JCPB. Upon request, JCPB will evaluate the proposed event for posting. There is no guarantee written or implied to any organization as to its request to post an event to the community calendar.

Turkey Trot 2009 5K Road Race/Family Fun Run

The 2009 Turkey Trot 5K Road Race/Family Fun Run will be held Thanksgiving morning, November 26th.  Registration begins at 7 a.m.  The race will start at 8:30 at Legion Street Recreation Center and will finish inside Memorial Stadium.  Go to www.johnsoncitytn.org and click on the Up & At 'Em Turkey to get information, register, access a map of the course and directions, or call Parks and Recreation at 283-5815.
